Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using XAP VPN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
Use of Service
XAP VPN provides virtual private network services for personal privacy and security. You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree not to share your account with others
- One subscription allows connection on up to 6 devices simultaneously
Prohibited Activities
You may not use XAP VPN for:
- Any illegal activities under applicable local, state, national, or international law
- Transmitting malware, viruses, or other malicious code
- Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Harassment, abuse, or harm to others
- Distribution of child sexual abuse material
- Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk communications
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
XAP VPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
