    Eligibility

    The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to:

    • First-time purchases only
    • Monthly, annual, and multi-year subscription plans
    • Requests made within 30 days of the initial purchase date

    Exclusions

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period
    • Purchases made through third-party platforms (App Store, Google Play)
    • Add-on services such as dedicated IP addresses
    • Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service

    How to Request a Refund

    To request a refund:

    1. Contact our support team via email at support@xapvpn.com
    2. Include your account email address and reason for the refund request
    3. Our team will process your request within 5-10 business days
    4. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method

    Cancellation

    You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until your subscription expires. After the 30-day refund period, no partial refunds are provided for unused time.

    Third-Party Purchases

    If you purchased XAP VPN through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another third-party platform, refund requests must be made through that platform's refund process. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party stores.
