Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for using XAP VPN services. Our goal is to provide a secure, private, and reliable VPN service for legitimate use cases while preventing abuse that could harm others or compromise our infrastructure.
Permitted Uses
XAP VPN is designed for:
- Protecting your privacy on public Wi-Fi networks
- Securing your internet connection from surveillance
- Accessing region-restricted content for personal use
- Protecting against targeted hacking or DDoS attacks
- Maintaining anonymity for journalists, activists, and researchers
- Bypassing censorship in restrictive regions
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Illegal Activities: Any activity that violates local, state, national, or international laws
- Malware Distribution: Transmitting viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious software
- Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Harassment: Threatening, stalking, or harassing others
- CSAM: Distribution, access, or storage of child sexual abuse material (immediately reported to authorities)
- Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk messages or emails
- Fraud: Phishing, identity theft, or financial fraud
- Attacks: DDoS attacks, port scanning, or other network attacks
- Terrorism: Activities supporting terrorist organizations
Fair Usage
While we offer unlimited bandwidth, we expect users to use the service reasonably. Activities that negatively impact our servers or other user's experience may result in throttling or account review. Examples include running public servers through our VPN or extremely high-volume data transfers that affect service quality.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- Warning and request to cease the prohibited activity
- Temporary suspension of your account
- Permanent termination of your account without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement where legally required

If you become aware of any abuse of our service, please report it to abuse@xapvpn.com. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly while respecting user privacy.
